ABOUT US

FOUNDER

Revive U was founded by Jacob Wolfe, CRNA. He is a West Virginia native and a proud graduate from West Virginia University.  He has worked as a nurse in both the Cardiac Care Unit and CardioThoracic Intensive Care Unit at the Charleston Area Medical Center as well as Ruby Memorial Hospital before attending anesthesia school at Saint Vincent's College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  While there he received his masters in both Hospital Administration and Anesthesia in 2008. Revive U is his vision for hydration therapy in the North Central West Virginia area. Jacob is passionate about providing the highest level of care and enjoys seeing the marked improvement that those experiencing our service realize. He knows that dehydration can strike from many different reasons and our team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurses work tirelessly to develop the best products to meet your individual needs and provide you with a positive experience that you will not forget.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Mark Johnson is a Morgantown native. After graduating from Morgantown High School, as a proud member of the 1983 State AAA Football Champion Morgantown Mohigans, he attended Duke University and graduated with a BA in Chemistry. He attended and graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He then performed a general surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh, where he met the love of his life, Lynn. He and Lynn married in Pittsburgh and moved back to Morgantown in 1999. Mark joined his father’s surgical practice, Morgantown Surgical Associates. He has practiced medicine and general surgery at Mon General Hospital since 1999. His practice involves a broad spectrum of general surgery, with specialization in minimally invasive procedures. Mark is the proud father of two teenagers, Evan and Berit. In his spare time, he watches his children participate in sports and remembers his glory days. He also enjoys outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. We also accept HSA payments. We do not accept checks as a form of payment at this time. For your convenience, you can pay for your appointment ahead of time online within our online scheduling system.

STAFF

We only hire the very best certified nurses here at RevIVeU to administer our IV's. The advance practice nurses are not only experts in administering an IV, but will make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed. Our commitment to you is that you will have a great experience that you will tell your friends about and feel better faster so that you can get back to doing the things that you want to do.
